Zoya Island Fun Collection Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**

I know the Island Fun Collection from Zoya was released a long time ago, but the blogs were so saturated with them I opted to wait. I figured several people might be overwhelmed with all the blogs posting around the same time. Why not wait a bit, and those people can see what they missed.

I was so excited to see this collection arrive at my door when it did. These colors are spot on and perfect! Yes, even the olive one! Trust me, it works!

**WARNING PICTURE HEAVY**
Demetria is described as "a vibrant poppy red in a full coverage and densely pigmented cream formula".
Shown is three coats of Demetria.
Demetria is one of those shades of red that you never get tired of. I loved the formula too. It applied slightly streaky so three coats was needed to even everything out.
$9

Nana is described as "a deep summer fuchsia in a full coverage and densely pigmented cream formula".
Shown is two coats of Nana.
Nana is one of those polishes that makes you start craving things. I put it on. It was so juicy, and I immediately wanted raspberries. It had such a great formula.
$9

Cecilia is descibred as "a classic teal in a full coverage and densely pigmented cream formula".
Shown is two coats of Cecilia.
Oh, Cecilia, why must you stain so? She has such a wonderful formula and application. The color is spot on perfection. However, she stains. Please double up on base coat. It's still no reason to pass up this beauty.
$9

Jace is described as "a modern tropical green in a full coverage densely pigmented cream formula".
Shown is two coats of Jace.
Jace is hands down my favorite of the bunch. It is the one that caught my eye in the press release and other people's swatches. It's such a unique color for this time of year and it really jumps out at you in this collection. When I put it on, it didn't disappoint. She's a beauty!
$9

Talia is described as "a true turquoise full coverage and densely pigmented cream formula".
Shown is two coats of Talia.
I can't say that I would call Talia a turquoise. However, I look at her, and it makes me think of the beautiful waters of the Caribbean. If there was such a thing as the perfect blue, this would be it.
$9

Serenity is described as "a summer purple in a full coverage and densely pigmented cream formula".
Shown is two coats of Serenity.
Serenity is grape. I mean, look at it and try not to taste something grape in your mouth. Like, I feel like I need to make Kool-aid or hunt down a Jolly Rancher. This bottle of grape had a great application and gave me no issues. However, it does not smell like grape or taste like grape. Please do not sniff or lick the polish.
$9
Zoya's Anchor base coat and Armor top coat was used on all the swatches.

For me Island Fun is the perfect Summer cream collection. It's not too bright, and a great transition into the darker tones for fall. It is available HERE for $54 or individually for $9
