Supermoon Lacquer by The Howling Boutique is back with her third collection. Her collections have been so amazing its hard to imagine she has only been selling polish for a few months. Mardi, the creative wizard behind Supermoon Lacquer by The Howling Boutique, decided to have some fun with this collection. She made a ton of polishes and couldn't narrow them down herself, so she created a way for the members of her FB fan group to narrow down to their favorites. After it was narrowed down, she let the members suggest names. Then she narrowed it down and did a poll to find out the names. She let her fans choose every aspect of this collection.
