You probably saw my review of Call Me Maybe yesterday. Beautiful orchid purple creme, but today we have a lovely white shimmer that perfectly resembles freshly fallen snow on a sunny day. I thought Pams & Kin made a perfect first impression, but their second impression is now permanently etched in my brain.
Today is the first of two Pams & Kin polishes. I am drawn towards purples. It's not my favorite color, but it seems to be that way when picking a polish to put on my nails. So, seeing this one when I opened the box was very exciting!
Today, I have a beautiful polish! There are only 2 bottles of this in existence! One for me, and the other is one of the prizes in my giveaway. Shannon, the wonderful lady behind Pahlish, created this purple glitter bomb. She was listening to David Bowie's Space Oddity while creating it, so she drew inspiration from it. That's also how it got it's name.
Ok, lovelies, any fellow holo freaks out there?? I love holo polishes!!! Linear, scattered, glitter... love 'em all!! My favorite color is green, so when this beauty arrived I flipped!
I decided to save my favorite Lac Attack, of the two I was sent, for last. This one was like a circus on my nails! It was so much fun!
Today is my first post with the ever lovely Lac Attack polishes. If you are a fan of Grease, you'll need to Hand Jive your way over to her shop and grab a bottle of this after you read this post.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!! What a wonderful holiday! Thanksgiving is definitely my favorite holiday of the year. I usually get to spend it with my parents and siblings, just not this year. However it's our first Thanksgiving as just our little family. It will definitely be great together time. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
Once again, I'm going to keep the babble to a minimum and just let you enjoy the pictures and your family.
Can you believe it's Thanksgiving Eve?!?! I'm so excited! I love the holidays! I'm going to try to keep the rambling to a minimum so you can spend your day preparing for tomorrow instead of reading. There are a lot of pictures though! :o)
Today I have a lovely matte glitter polish from A Rhyming Dictionary.
I'm sad to say that sea is the last of the Land, Sea & Sky collection by Windestine. I figured we would end these reviews on a blue note.

Happy Monday, everyone!!!! Is everyone looking forward to Thanksgiving in a couple days?! I can't believe it's almost December already. Where has this year gone? 2013 is right around the corner and I, for one, can't wait to see what it has in store for me!!
I have another BEAUTIFUL glitter from Windestine for you all! I'll Fly With You is the "sky" portion of the Land, Sea & Sky collection. All 3 are beautiful, but this was hands down my favorite of the three. You'll see why shortly.
YAY!!!! It's Friday!! That makes next Friday Black Friday!! Unfortunately, I haven't seen any great deals yet. But I guess that means I'm saving money! :o) Never a bad thing.
Anyway, onto the good stuff! I have the Land, Sea & Sky collection from Windestine to show you over the next few posts.
I have a strange feeling my winter is going to be filled with purples and blues. I seem to really be drawn to them right now. I am loving the way the deep and mysterious plums and teals are making me feel so warm and cozy. I could definitely get used to this. Especially with colors like Pomegranate Nail Lacquer's Midnight Satellite and the beauty in today's post.
Can you guys believe Thanksgiving is next week?! This year has gone by WAY too quickly. Having fun with the blog and you all sure has made time fly. I know I tell you all this all the time, but I'm really in the Thanksgiving spirit right now. :o) I really am thankful for each and every one of you and all your support. I <3 and appreciate you all!
**WARNING PICTURE HEAVY**
Today I have a little something special for you all. The wonderful people at Julep sent me an It Girl Intro Maven box to review for you, then at the end of the review something extra special!!
Of course, I'm going to be ending the Daring Digits Harry Potter collection review with Slytherin. This was, by far, my favorite out of the four. There wasn't a bad one in the collection, but Slytherin has depth and there is something mysterious about it.
Happy Friday, lovelies!!! Today, I have the third polish in Daring Digits Harry Potter collection. This one really caught me off guard.
I was going to show you Hufflepuff today, but I just couldn't keep Gryffindor away! So, I let this beauty cut in line. Can you blame me though?
Today, I'm going to start reviewing the Daring Digits Harry Potter collection. I was so excited to see these show up on my doorstep. Each one is absolutely beautiful!! There are 4 polishes in the Harry Potter collection. Each one is named after a different Hogwarts house: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Since Gryffindor and Slytherin are the 2 most popular houses, I'm going to start with Ravenclaw!
Daring Digits takes pride in her products. Every bottle is hand mixed by her. They are all 3 free and cruelty free. No frankening here, folks! The care she puts into her polishes really show!
Today I have something completely out of my comfort zone for you all! I'm really excited about this one too! I've been wanting to do a Cookie Monster manicure for sometime, but nail art makes me nervous. I don't have the steadiest of hands. Then there's the issue of doing my not-so-dominant hand and making sure they match. I decided yesterday that I would do my Cookie Monster manicure for my Election Day manicure. Yes, it's a non-traditional and a very unconventional Election Day manicure, but I'm showing my support for PBS (and I did a more basic Americana manicure for when I attended early voting). A big part of my childhood and I'd love for it to be a big part of my daughter's childhood. I'm not going to get political on you though. That's all I will say.
*****GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED*****
I have to thank you all for being so incredibly amazing!! I am so grateful for each and every one of you that have supported me on this journey. Is there a better way of showing my appreciation than a few giveaways?! I didn't think so!
I haven't really done a post that wasn't nail polish related since I first started this blog, but I received the newest VoxBox from Influenster to review. I figured I might as well review it here. Well, there were a couple items I didn't/couldn't review, but here goes!
Happy Friday, lovelies!! Today is the last day showing off Black Cat Lacquer's "Party Monster" collection. So sad, but next week... you guys might be in for a giveaway or 2 or MORE?!?!?!?!!!!! And I have so many more reviews for you all! <3
I know it's really late today, but my husband finally came home after being out and about in the areas effected by hurricane Sandy so we were all able just relax together. I still wanted to be able to get my post up though. I haven't forgotten about you all. :o)
Yes, I do have another Black Cat Lacquer for you! Only one more left after this! In the bottle, this was my least favorite of the bunch, but it changed my mind after application. Anyway, you know how I've been calling these the "Party Monster" Collection because they all remind me of the movie? This one is actually named after Party Monster! This is what it says on their ETSY shop under the listing for the bottle, "It doesn't matter what you look like! I mean if you have a hunchback, just throw a little glitter on it, honey, and go dancing! Inspired by one of my fave movies, Party Monster is a hot pink jelly base with dazzling aqua sparkles and matte glitter & shards!"
