As many of my readers know, I have a 2 1/2 year old little girl. So, of course, we love My Little Pony and are fans of the cartoon, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. Then, when Rainbow Honey announced her Equestria Collection I showed my mom how cute the polishes were and she pre-ordered them for Maggie. They were to be used as a potty training present. (Don't worry, I won't go into details, just know she's been doing an AMAZING job!) So, as soon as they came in I decided to not make her wait to see them. Plus, I didn't want to wait myself. THEY ARE SO PRETTY!!
How could I have forgotten these in my nail mail post yesterday?!
A while back, Jess at Beauty Gnome told me she had been picking up some Sinful Colors polish for me which I was crazy excited about. Before she sent them though, I just HAD to check out her blog sale. Sure enough I saw a couple goodies I had to try.

A few weeks ago I picked up some polishes from Beauty Gnome's blog sale. And I just realized I haven't put it on my nail mail posts yet, so I'll be doing another one of those after this. I got some pretty polishes from her, but OPI - Fly just kept jumping out at me. I didn't know why until I put it's jelly goodness on my nails. I love jellies!! I do. I don't care that you have to use 3-4 coats sometimes, I love them and so far I haven't met one I haven't liked. 2 coats of this was beautiful! It needed no more, but we all know I love accent nails so I couldn't let them be at just that. I decided to let Fly be my accent nails and I tossed on Cult Nails Seduction to the other 3. No regrets here whatsoever! Except Fly isn't all that easy to clean up. I did 1 coat of Seche Vite, but the nails with Seduction did need some Gelous. You can feel the texture in them. So there were only 2 downsides to this mani, bad for clean up and needed Gelous. Not all that bad though! Check it out!!
If you saw my previous post, you might have seen 2 gorgeous beauties from Deborah Lippmann. My friend Nikki sent them. You see, she's been holding a box of books hostage from me for I'm guessing 4 years now. lol She felt bad and decided she needed to surprise me with these to make her feel better about not sending them to me yet. So, who am I to tell her she's wrong? ;o) I love you, Nikki! You'll never understand how excited I was about receiving these!! Thank you, so very much! <3
Back to my nails since that is what brought you here. How do you pick between these two?!

New Goodies!!
I haven't posted in a couple days. I'm sorry for that. I've had a cranky 2 year old, i decided to fall down the stairs, and it's been gorgeous out so we've been at the pool a lot. I've just been enjoying time with my munchkin, which then wears me out where I'm too tired to stay up to do my nail. I've failed, and I'm sorry, but I got a couple posts for you now! :o)
We'll start off with my newest beauty from Copious!
We'll start off with my newest beauty from Copious!
So for this one I found inspiration in the 4 blogs that are participating in the Abstract Nail Art Challenge: Beauty Gnome, The Lacquerologist, Sincerely Stephanie and Manicurator. Day 4 was the v-gap challenge. Each one did something different with theirs (as you can see if you click each of their links above). I'm not skilled on the nail art, but I decided to give it a shot because it seemed like I could possibly do this one without a lot of skill.
I did this mani while I was on vacation, but I didn't get to take pictures or do a post. So, I decided to do it again to show you all. I'm really fond of these colors together. They accent each other so nicely.
If you've been following my posts for the past week or so, you might have noticed that I received the Julep Golden Box. :o) There were 10 beautiful colors in the box, and I have 10 fingers... LIGHTBULB... skittle mani!!! There was no question about it, a skittle mani is what needed to be done! Now, the issue is what order am I going to put them in?!
Glam Polish has an awesome giveaway going where you could win your choice of 6 bottles of China Glaze's Safari Collection!! US and Australia only. Ends June 30th!
Enamel Girl is giving away everyone's favorite... holos!! She's got 3 Jade holographic polishes that will find homes with 3 lucky winners!! Click here to enter! US only and ends June 26th!
So, if you've seen my vacation haul post, you might have seen a couple pictures of some nail polish. :o) Among those, in the OPI pictures, were some of the OPI Texas polishes. I grabbed the lil shooters, and a couple full sized polishes (that I found on sale). Then yesterday I got my first Deborah Lippmann (in all of it's glittery glory). Jelly sandwich popped into my head! I had never done one before and was really nervous about it so I opted to only do it on my accent nail (thank goodness that was my decision!). I did a skittle mani so I could see the colors in their true form. The colors were pretty but this whole mani was a complete mess! I told you guys I was going to share the good and the bad, so please don't make fun of me. lol :o)
I got my last couple stragglers in the mail today! Thought I'd do a quick little post to show them off. (I'm trying to make sure I have the time to do a mani tonight. I'm in desperate need of a new one.)
My first one is from Copious (if you haven't noticed by now, I'm really digging this site!). I had seen it in stores a couple times, but always grabbed something else. I saw it on Copious and I had credits so it was only $0.01!! I love good deals!

I'm not going to type a long intro, because I know you guys don't care. As you all know I was on vacation for a couple weeks. My mom was missing her granddaughter so we ventured down to Charlotte, NC for a couple weeks. When I got there, she had picked up some goodies that were waiting for me and my little sister left behind some of her bottles so I gladly gave those a home. Plus, we found some great deals on other polishes. This is EVERYTHING I got in that 2 week period. I didn't sort them by trip or store, I sorted by brand. The stores that we visited were: CVS, Walgreens, Nordstrom Rack, Target, Ulta, Harris Teeter and Sally Beauty Supply.
It's been a while since we did a Maggie's Corner. I think she's missed it too. When Maggie saw me painting my toes the other night she got SOOOOOO excited! She just had to have the exact same color. We are definitely feeling springy in this house as we both have bright Barbie pink toes now! This is probably my new favorite bright pink! The formula was AMAZING. So smooth! I did 2 coats on me and 1 coat on Maggie. I really probably could have just done 1 on mine. I was shocked. Nicole by OPI's All Kendall-ed Up from the Kardashian Kolors KCollection. If it's not in your stash, it should be! Now here are some cute Maggie toes that will help try to talk you into it! :o)
My daughter is obsessed with getting the mail. She believes there should be nail polish in the mailbox EVERYDAY!! But then don't we all?!?! Well, when we got it today, all 3 items were for me!! That never happens! 1 from Copious (only waiting on 1 more order as of now), 1 random sample that I don't remember signing up for and my June Birchbox!
If you saw my post yesterday, you might have noticed I got a couple (ok, ok SIX!) polishes from Cult Nails when they had their second half off sale recently. It felt so good to finally get my hands on their polishes after drooling over them for so long! Let me just say that the pictures on their website don't do any of the bottles justice. I was in awe of every single one as I unwrapped the glorious burritos. Even Cruisin' Nude managed to make my jaw drop. I had no idea that it would have that shimmer in there. STUNNING! Anyway, now i'm just rambling.
So, I got a little upset for a while because for the 2nd month in a row one of my Julep Maven items. It wasn't extremely late, but I received my add-ons well before the actual box. Oh well! Imagine my surprise when I got to my mail box 2 days ago and I saw this...
So, I'm sorry I've been missing lately. I've missed you all so very much! I was on vacation with my munchkin for 2 weeks, then spent a couple days with my husband then we had company. I've had well over 350 photos to resize from my hauls and nail mail from the past 3-4 weeks. I'm not going to fill this with a bunch of words I'm going to get right to the goods. I'm doing everything I can to get back on track and I hope you all are still hanging around. And for those of you that are... ENJOY!! This is all nail mail and 2 mini hauls from the day before I went on vacation until today (3.5 weeks total).
