I hope those of you that celebrated had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!! My husband actually had a 4 day weekend so we had some wonderful family time just the 3 of us. On Thanksgiving Day we decided to go see the new Disney flick, Frozen, before finding a place to have dinner. I decided to do a quick manicure to go with the movie instead of the holiday itself.

On my pinky and thumb, I did three coats of  Femme Fatale Lacquer MaKayla Rose. A medium grey creme scattered with small hexes and micro glitter in a rose pink metallic. I chose this color because it reminds me of a soft cashmere sweater. There's nothing more warm and comforting than that when you're cold. I felt it was very appropriate.

On my ring and middle fingers, I did two coats of Zoya Rocky then topped it with one coat of Zoya MosheenMosheen was the first bottle I ran for when I decided I wanted to do a mani for Frozen. It is crisp and icy and easily looks frozen. The mix of the micro holo and blue and purple small holo bars in the blue tinted base is mesmerizing and Rocky was the perfect base to pair with it. The medium blue creme allows Mosheen to shine and sparkle. Perfect together.

On my pointer finger, I did two coats of OPI Apricotcha Cheating. A beautiful, soft pink creme that leans toward peach in certain light. I decided to pair this beauty with Cult Nails Happy Ending. (Yes, I know. I didn't even really pay attention to the names until after I had already done the mani. I got a good laugh out of the pairing of the names.) Happy Ending is a clear base scattered with metallic shards in blue, pink and silver. A simple top coat that elevated this mani to perfection.

Loved this mani. It was simple but you could still see the inspiration behind it. BTW if you haven't yet seen Frozen, RUN to your nearest theater and buy a ticket now! Amazing movie with a beautiful story and music that will blow you away!

You can purchase Femme Fatale Lacquer at their Big Cartel site. MaKayla Rose is discontinued, but their products are wonderful and range from $9 to $10 per bottle.

You can purchase Zoya Rocky and Mosheen at their website for $8 a bottle.

Apricotcha Cheating is from OPI's 2003 Las Vegas collection. It has since been discontinued. OPI is available at several locations in a range of prices.

Happy Ending is another discontinued polish. You can find other beautiful polishes at Cult Nails website for $12 to $14.
