Hello, everyone!! I'm back! I took a week off to fully enjoy the munchkin after she got back from hanging out with her grandmother for 3 weeks. We kept super busy and had a blast, but I missed you all! I snuck into my polish room late at night and did as much swatching as I could before I got tired. At the end of the week I knew I had to do a full mani or I'd drive myself crazy with naked nails. I grabbed a few polishes that I got in a destash and one that a friend sent my way. I LOVE how these three beauties work together. I knew I had to start the week with it.

Towards the end of last week, I was swatching the upcoming LynBDesigns collection, and I found inspiration. I wanted to do my Valentine's Day mani in sheers and sparkle! For the first time, I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't have to narrow anything down. Yes, I was completely shocked myself!

Happy Monday, lovelies!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I sure did! I went to a baby shower for Kat from KatStaysPolished. I was the only other blogger there, but it was nice to finally meet her, as well as her friends and family. I had a tough time trying to decide what to wear, so I went for my normal hodge-podge mani. I chose my new favorite polish, which happens to be from LynBDesigns, as well as 2 others of hers (from her upcoming collection) and a favorite of mine from Cameo Colours Lacquers.

I have a little NOTD (Nail Of The Day) for you all! My mother was in town over the weekend, and I had to throw something on my nails to keep me from "working" while she was in town. I mixed a little old with some new and threw together a combination I was super happy with.

A while back, a friend sent me the four pack of mini OPI Sheer Tints. I hate to say that they have been in my untried pile for so long and kept getting pushed back. I completely regret not using these sooner. They are so much fun! Take a peek!

It's our last day at Disneyland and we are bouncing back and forth between the two parks today. Having a blast even if we are a bit exhausted! 

I was recently gifted some OPI polishes that I have been wanting, and I couldn't wait to use them so I had to figure something fun to last week for a couple appointments I had. I grabbed Amazon...Amazoff and Toucan Do It If You Try right off the bat. I love teal and coral together. I just had to figure out what else to do to add a little something. Then Cold Shattered Heart caught my eye. I knew it was perfect to layer over Amazon...Amazoff. Take a pic at the couple pics to see how it turned out!

I'm off frolicking around California Adventures today!! While I'm enjoying that, take a peek at a nail of the day (NOTD) I did shortly before leaving for my trip. 

I fell in love with the Day Tripper Collection from SuperChic Lacquer and knew I had to use them for fun shortly after swatching them. Only problem is there are six polishes in the collection and I only have five fingers. I opted to leave out White Water Rush, but really loved the outcome of this simple skittle.

The other weekend, I decided I wanted to do a simple mani. I've been overwhelmed with things and I needed something I wasn't going to have to over think. I immediately grabbed the 4 Zoya Matte Velvets that I own: Dovima, Veruschka, Savita and Posh.

Sorry, I've still been sporadic with posts lately. My daughter was sick for almost 2 weeks, then the hubby got sick and now I've been infected. Vicious circle! 

Anyway, this past Saturday was my birthday. The big 3-2. Eessh! Luckily I don't feel 32, other than being sick at the moment. I had to cheer myself up with a bday mani.

Yesterday, a friend showed me this picture (below) and asked if I thought it was a stamp or art. She really wanted to be able to try it on herself. I'm not great at nail art, nor do I pretend to be. I am trying to improve though. I really wasn't fully sure if it was a stamp or not, but I told her to come over the following day and we'd give it a try. Plus, I hadn't talked to her in a while so it would be nice to have coffee and chat anyways.

I haven't posted a NOTD in quite sometime, so I figured I would show you a fun one I did yesterday. Recently a friend sent me a few Cult Nails beauties that I was missing from my stash (only 11 left to get except 2 are discontinued...not including the new collection). I was so excited to see Feelin' Froggy in that package from her, I knew I had to use it as soon as possible!! When LynBDesigns had a 50% off sale, I had to jump on the chance to snag her Land Before Time collection! In going through my untrieds I got a glimpse of Feelin' Froggy next to Spike. What do you know?! These two were MEANT to be together!!

I have some more beauties from SinfulColors for you today. Just a simple NOTD though. I was running through Wegmans over the holidays and walked past the pharmacy department and saw this random bowl on an end cap just filled with nail polishes. No display. Just a bowl. Of course I had to start digging! A bowl of nail polish is almost like the $5 movie bin at Walmart. You just HAVE to stop and go through it. And if you try to tell someone that you just walk past them, WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO KID?! ;o) We all do it. Well, it turns out the bowl was full of random SinfulColors Holiday Shimmer polishes. I grabbed a couple and finally decided to use them!
