Happy Tuesday, everyone!! As you can see, I've got a beautiful collection inspired by the lovely movie Kiki's Delivery Service. (If you haven't seen it, it's worth tossing into your Netflix DVD queue!!) It's a wonderful flick, and really anything from Hayao Miyazaki is amazing and totally worth your time.

I'm a new swatcher for Marbles for Polish and when I found out this was going to be the first collection I'd swatch and review for her, I had a mini freak out. Yes, I'm THAT big of a fan! #noshame

Yeah, that was me running for the mailbox everyday until it arrived. I couldn't wait to get them in my possession! Without further ado, I bring you the Kiki's Delivery Service Collection from Marbles for Polish.

Kiki is a dusty pink, white based, creme scattered with matte red and black glitter in several smaller sizes, and scattered with a hidden gold shimmer and purple to pink iridescent flakes that you can only see in the right light. Shown is three coats, for full opacity, topped with Magpie Shine from A Girl Obsessed. Kiki had a perfect application and needed no clean up. No issues searching for glitter or waiting for it to dry. It's soft and quiet, but leaves an impression. Just like Kiki. $9

Ursula is a cerulean blue jelly based polish filled with holographic glitters in red, dark blue, and light blue, and scattered with a golden shimmer. Shown is two coats topped with Magpie Shine from A Girl Obsessed. I was pretty shocked when I started with the first coat and saw how much glitter was actually on the brush. They were almost clinging for life as I was brushing them onto my nail. (Insert visual of the kids holding onto the broom in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.) There still may be a little VNL after two coats, but there was so much glitter I figured two was perfect. No need to over do it. It isn't Ursula's style. $9

Jiji is a beautiful black creme filled with a silver shimmer. Shown is two coats for full opacity topped with Magpie Shine from A Girl Obsessed. Perfectly smooth is the best way to describe Jiji's application. I fully expected it to be a jelly and for it to be as opaque as it was, was a welcome surprise. The perfect sidekick to Kiki! I'd definitely wear the two together. $9

Osono is a pale, yellow based, taupe, nude creme filled with metallic green glitters in multiple sizes, and a hidden gold shimmer. Shown is two coats, for full opacity, topped with Magpie Shine from A Girl Obsessed. Being a huge fan of nudes, I was so excited to see this representation of Osono. It's simple, and happy, just like her. A great application with no clean up needed. $9

Tombo is a clear based glitter topper filled with matte white, yellow, and orange glitter. Shown is one coat over two coats of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Pacific Blue topped with Magpie Shine from A Girl Obsessed. Since her polish focused more on his shirt(s), I had to add the blue to tie in his jeans. It's only appropriate. Packed full of glitter, there were no issues with placement or application. Fishing for glitter wasn't even an option. (You could easily use this for a candy corn Halloween mani!!) $8.50

Each of these were flawless in bringing their inspiration to lacquer life. Perfect applications, and boy does this girl know how to pack in the glitter!! Yeah, she had no problems finding inspiration here. It was definitely easy in this case.

Her shop is currently closed while she's waiting for labels, but this collection won't be available until August 1st. So get your wallets ready!! The full collection will be $40 for full size and $20 for a mini set. If only a couple caught your eye, they will all be $9, except for Tombo which will be $8.50. The mini bottles won't be available individually this time, so choose wisely!

Now, I'm sad that this collection is over. :o/ Think she will do another Miyazaki inspired collection?! If she did, which movie would you want to see from her?
