Top Shelf Lacquer has teamed back up with Crystal's Charity Lacquers for August 2017, along with Cupcake Polish. The charity for August 2017 is the BCSPCA. I know a lot of us in the nail community have a soft spot for animals of any kind, so this month's charity will be special to many!
