Kunimitsu Nail Potions Review #1

2:03 PM

Happy Wednesday, everyone!! Today, I have one of two gorgeous polishes from Kunimitsu Nail Potions. I know some of you may be tired of white based polishes, but if it's done right, I'll fall head over heels for it! (ie. Smitten Polish's Glass Elevator

Kunimitsu Nail Potions - Seal Point Siamese

It is a milky white base spekled with small navy round glitter, and filled with navy and baby blue micro glitter and light blue holo micro glitter.

Left to right: 1 coat, 2 coats, 3 coats

After 2 coats it was pretty much opaque, but with a white base 3 is usually safer.

This is 3 coats of Seal Point Siamese. The formula was perfection. No pulling and it wasn't crazy thick. The glitter spread out perfectly across the nail and there was no sorting or trying to place glitter in bald spots.

I'm really digging this white based polish! On the other hand, I see how the glitter is spread out and the colors, and if this was a baby blue it would be the perfect speckled robin's egg manicure! You can kind of see the light blue holo micro glitter in this picture. It was so hard to capture.

Pay no attention to the blurry nail in the forefront, my focus was supposed to be on the left nail. I was doing what I could to try to get the glitter to show.

This polish was beautifully made! The glitter came right off, there was no scrubbing or soaking. I will probably use this as an accent nail or two with the others in a navy blue to see if it will make the glitter pop. Plus, I love manicures with contrasting colors.

Their shop is currently closed and will reopen November 2nd. Make sure you head over to their ETSY site and enter in your email to be notified of their return. You won't be disappointed!! You can also keep up with news and swatches over on their Facebook page
