Cameo from Cameo Colours Lacquers, and many other indie makers, recently created a duo for a charity auction that helped benefit SANDS Australia. She decided to make a limited number of the duo to benefit Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. I was one of the few who was able to grab the duo and they were too pretty to not show off. I also wanted to bring some attention to the cause since October seems to be bombarded with breast cancer and Halloween. Ready to take a peek?

Over the Duane-Bow is named after Cameo's brother Duane who was stillborn at 34 weeks.

For-Eva in My Heart is a baby pink linear holo with rainbow flakies.

Unfortunately this duo is no longer available. It did a lot of good though. Cameo sold all the duos in less than 48 hours and the charity auction raised an incredible amount of money. Pregnancy and infant loss is starting to be talked about more and more. More of my friends are starting to come forward with their stories. It is absolutely heart breaking. Some of these ladies have been through this heart break multiple times.

This duo brings a small amount of awareness to this issue and that makes me happy. It was also able to raise some money to help some wonderful organizations. I hope more people will be aware of this and make it not so taboo to talk about. It's a terrible feeling to feel so alone at a time where you need a support system. 

If you've been through loss of a child, my heart goes out to you. Know that I want to hug you and tell you that you are not alone. <3
