Lollipop Posse Lacquer And the Tree Was Happy Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
If you are anything like me, today's post will be a tear jerker. But with very good reasoning. Karen, the creative genius behind Lollipop Posse Lacquer, was inspired by The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein for her limited edition polish for June. Personally, I can't read this book without sobbing like a baby. I was happy the copy we bought, when we found out we were pregnant, came with a disc of it being read out loud cause I have never been able to make it through the book once without crying. And this isn't just a tear here and there, it's full on Claire Danes, borderline ugly crying tears. I might as well curl up into the fetal position anytime I just look at the cover. It's bad, but the book itself is wonderful. That is why it always has me overwhelmed with the feels. Shel always has a way with words and this piece, in particular, has always spoken to me.

Now, that you're either nodding your head in agreement (I really hope I'm not the only one that this book sends into a giant pit of tears) or your shaking your head in utter amazement and what a pansy I am, let's get to the polish.

Smokey Mountain Lacquer Fun in the Sun Collection Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
I've got the upcoming Fun in the Sun Collection from Smokey Mountain Lacquer to show you all today. You can tell that Kim, the creative genius behind Smokey Mountain Lacquer, had a lot of fun creating this collection. Each color is like a piece of summer in a bottle. I may not be a fan of summer, the beach, or heat in general, but I sure as hell can appreciate some beautiful polish when I see it! Keep reading to see swatches of these beauties!

Philly Loves Lacquer The Bright Stuff, Baby Collection Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
I'm not feeling so hot today. That circle of life shit is going around...you know the one...kid goes to school, gets sick, comes home and requires snuggles from mommy, then mommy ends up sick. Horrible coughing, sore throat, throbbing sinuses, and congested chest has taken over my house. My husband is treating us like we have leprosy. Better for everyone though, almost nothing is worse than a sick man.

To cheer myself up, how about some neons?! Philly Loves Lacquer will be releasing her The Bright Stuff, Baby Collection (Yes, each one is a boy band pun!) on June 1st. However, starting today through May 31st, the full collection will be available to pre-order. No better time to show off these pretties! Let's hop to it!

NEW INDIE ALERT!!

Today, I have the pleasure of showing you all the space inspired Ready to Launch Collection from Super Moon Lacquer. Each of these polishes have wonderful formulas, smooth application, and you can totally see her inspirations in each polish. Pretty and Polished Hoosier Horizon for CrellyCrate Swatch and Review

**Press Sample**
Today, I've got a special polish to show you all. There is a Facebook group called Crazy 4 Crellies. It is filled with several people who love crellies. Some of the groups similar to this one have makers create customs for them. These crazies went above and beyond that and decided to create the #CrellyCrate. One price, one box, 5 limited edition crellies...what more could you ask for?! The theme for this inaugural box is Lazy Summer Days and Hot Summer Nights. With Summer approaching, it's the perfect theme to help with the transition. The five creative geniuses behind this first #CrellyCrate are: Lolita Lacquer, Dollish Polish, Pretty & Polished, The Polish Bar, and Love, Angeline. I was not sent the entire box, but I have Pretty & Polished's contribution to show you all. I haven't seen the other four, but if this one is any indication on what the others will be like, you all are in for a treat!

Bella Bosio Miscellaneous Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
I have a new (to me) brand to show you all today. I received these a while ago, but lost them. In doing some Spring cleaning in my daughter's room, I found she is a little magpie and had a stash of my pretty sparkly polishes hidden in her room. I have a lot of back log to catch up on. She was a busy little girl.

The brand I have to show you all today is Bella BosioBella Bosio is a 5-Free indie brand that makes nail polish and jewelry. Her polishes are mostly glitter based because she uses them in the jewelry as well. However, she recently released some pastel creams for spring that are completely different than anything else in her shop. I'm definitely eyeing them! Keep reading to get a look at some of the basics of her shop!

Anchor and Heart Lacquer My Friends, My Anchors Collection Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
I've got the beautiful, sophomore collection from Anchor & Heart Lacquer to show you all today. She did a beautiful job with her My Friends, My Anchors Collection. Each polish is named after qualities that describe great friends. Taryn, the mastermind behind Anchor & Heart Lacquer, asked the ladies in her fan group what were qualities that they looked for in friends. She took some of her favorites and created the My Friends, My Anchors Collection. I love the sentiment behind this collection and each name she chose. I hope you all love these as much as I do. Keep reading to check out these beauties. I have a feeling you'll read the descriptions of the polishes and start pairing the polishes up with your friends that fit each description.

You guys, I can't. The Icon Collection Part I is more than amazing. Keep reading to you can see the polishes and their inspirations. I hope you're sitting down...

The G.N.O.M.E. Box May 2016 Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
Today, I get to show you all swatches of the next G.N.O.M.E. Box. This is my first time working with this box, and I was so excited when they approached me. The G.N.O.M.E. Box stands for Glitter Nerds Of Magical Existence. That is clever and whimsical and I love it! This box is different in that it only has three makers. Keeping it small allows it to be a bit more affordable at only $24Rica and Stardust Beauty are the two brands that are constant with every box. This month, the guest maker is Girly Bits. These three ladies did a beautiful job with their polishes. I won't make you wait anymore. Keep reading to see swatches and find out how you can get this month's G.N.O.M.E. Box for yourself!

Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer has been busy! Not with a collection, but with several small batch beauties. I was elated when four of them showed up on my doorstep. As I unwrapped each one, I squealed. This time the Myth of the Month will be available for May, June, AND July. That's because it is a special one. She created the Nessraffisaur just for this. Yes, Nessraffisaur. Rica Blackout and Whiteout Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
I had a little snafu with my hard drive so I wasn't able to access pictures for the post I was originally going to do, but I had this one in my back pocket for a time like this. In talking, Ricarda, from Rica, took note that I had been looking for a new black cream since my favorite had been discontinued. Well, she sent me her basic black and white polishes to try...Blackout and Whiteout. No shimmer. No holo. No flakies. No jelly. No crelly. Just creams. Black and white creams. Needless to say, I was excited to give these a shot. Ready to see what my thoughts were?

LynBDesigns Staycation Collection Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
You guys!!! LynBDesigns did a neon thing and it is A-FREAKING-MAZING!!! This year, she decided to go with some pastel neons, and I couldn't be happier. Since they are neons, the only appropriate direction to go with the names are vacation spots. Maybe even ones that you can only dream about. A little out of reach. I'm not normally a beach fan, but some of these spots might be able to make me change my mind. Either way, Jennalyn did an amazing job with her Staycation Collection. Each one is bright and beautiful and absolute perfection. Ready to see swatches?!

Turtle Tootsie Polishes The Nocturne of Secrecy Trio Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**
I have a fun sort of post to show you all in my first May post. Side note - how in the hell is it already May?! This year is getting out of hand. I don't know if I can handle how fast this year is flying by. Each year seems to go by faster and faster. I don't know why or how it is possible. Anyone else feel this way? Anyway...back to the polish. Chrissy, the mixologist behind Turtle Tootsie Polishes was contacted by Scarlett Rayne, an up-and-coming author, to create a trio of polishes inspired by her book, Nocturne of Secrecy. Her book releases on Amazon on May 3rd (yes, tomorrow), but I have swatches of the Nocturne of Secrecy Trio to show you all today. Let's get to it!
