**Press Samples**

I've shown off several polishes that will be exclusive to the upcoming PolishCon. Now, I get to show you one of the collections that will be releasing at the NYC PolishCon. The people who run Bohemian Polish moved to Baltimore about a year ago. They fell in love with the city and seemed to jump in with both feet almost immediately. She took inspiration from their new home for her upcoming Baltimore Rainbow Collection. They will be available to purchase at PolishCon, but won't be released to the public until May 1st. Keep reading to find out more!

**WARNING PICTURE HEAVY**
Rockets Red Glare
Inspired by the lights Francis Scott Key saw from Fort McHenry.
Rockets Red Glare is described as "a red jelly polish with color-shifting glitter".
Shown is  coats of Rockets Red Glare with top coat.
Rockets Red Glare is a vibrant and stunning red! The first coat was sheer. I thought it was going to take three coats to cover my VNL. After the second coat, I realized that this builds beautifully and two coats was all I would need. Buttery smooth application, and zero issues.

Simply Divine
Inspired by Divine, the star of several of John Waters' films. All of which take place and are filmed in Baltimore.
Simply Divine is described as "a bright pink holographic polish".
Shown is two coats of Simply Divine with top coat.
Simply Divine is a must have! This was almost a one coater. I think my applying thin coats back fired here. If I would have done a normal coat, it would have been one and done. Smooth and flawless, this polish is nothing like Divine, and that makes the name that much more perfect!

What a Berger
Inspired by the Bergers cookie, that is actually more frosting than shortbread, that can be found at Lexington Market.
What a Berger is described as "a chocolate brown polish filled with glimmers of gold holo microglitters".
Shown is two coats of What a Berger with top coat.
What a Berger is just as delicious as the cookie. I love when a chocolate polish gives you more than just brown. The color has a tinge of purple. The holo flecks give a lovely dimension and sparkle. Two flawless coats will give you full opacity and a beautiful manicure.

Old Bae
Inspired by Baltimore's favorite spice, Old Bay.
Old Bae is described as "a burnished orange holographic polish".
Shown is two coats of Old Bae with top coat.
Old Bae is a beautiful shade of orange. That warm shade right between bright and rust. Lovely application, that was fully opaque after two coats. Not sheer at all, but still builds easily.

Oh Boy
Inspired by Baltimore's favorite brew, National Bohemian...aka Natty Boh.
Oh Boy is described as "a glimmering gold polish with gold micro glitters scattered in for a holographic effect".
Shown is two coats of Oh Boy with top coat.
Oh Boy is such a vibrant gold. I love that this shade is the perfect gold and not yellow, pink, or orange leaning. I was fully prepared to need to apply three coats, but that wasn't the case. Two was all that was needed to get a fully opaque manicure with a lovely sparkle and a bit of dimension.

The Sage of Baltimore
Inspired by the wise words of H.L. Mencken.
The Sage of Baltimore is described as "a dark sage polish filled with gold shimmer".
Shown is two coats of The Sage of Baltimore with top coat.
The Sage of Baltimore won my heart the second I unwrapped it. I love greens! That is no secret. But you give me a sage or an olive shade and I get weak in the knees. The shimmer in this one is perfection. Another I was expecting to need 3+ coats to reach full opacity, but this one is so pigmented only two was needed. A welcome surprise!

Shell Yeah
Inspired by the water over a blue crab's shell.
Shell Yeah is described as "a bold aqua-blue jelly with color-shifting glitters".
Shown is three coats of Shell Yeah with top coat.
Shell Yeah is such a great shade of blue!! I love the turquoise/aqua shades. There is something mysterious about them that I can't quite put my finger on. The additions of the iridescent/fantasy type glitter make this the perfect base for some fishy stamping. It might be translucent enough to do a pond mani with too.
$9

Play Like a Raven
Inspired by the Baltimore Ravens and their motto.
Play Like a Raven is described as "a purple polish filled with gold sparks".
Shown is two coats of Play Like a Raven with top coat.
Play Like a Raven is a flakie and purple lover's dream! Beautiful application and formula, no fishing for flakes, no issues. Just a vibrant purple that will put a huge smile on your face!
$9

Nevermore
Inspired by Edgar Allen Poe whose dark poetry and short stories like The Raven and The Tell-Tale Heart have burrowed into Baltimore's culture.
Nevermore is described as "a black based polish that shifts between purple and gold".
Shown is two coats of Nevermore with top coat.
Nevermore is the perfect polish to represent Poe. Dark and mysterious, but something you crave. Something you can easily get lost in. It's highly pigmented and opaque, but I did two coats to be safe. I didn't want to take this one off. It is truly something magical!
