I've got one last polish from Pretty & Polished to show you this week. She is adding a beautiful shade of green to her line of dusty cremes, and I've got it reviewed and swatched on the blog today! This one will be releasing on January 1st along with her Iconic Video Games Collection. No need to babble on...let's get to it!
Are any of my readers also gamers? Chelsea, the creative magician behind Pretty & Polished, decided that her newest collection was going to be inspired by popular video games and characters from some of those games. I have the pleasure of showing you all the Iconic Video Games Collection today. The Iconic Video Games Collection is a set of six polishes including crellies, shimmers, glitters, holo, and even a thermal. You'll be able to purchase this for yourself on January 1st, but if you keep reading you can see what I thought of them.
Happy holidays to everyone!! It's Christmas Day here in the states. That means it is also the last day of my 25 Days of Polish Giveaway. We've got one of my favorite brands on the blog to help celebrate...Pretty & Polished. You all will get a peek at what this month's Beauty Box looks like. You had plenty of time to get it and be surprised. Now, those of you who prefer to see what you're getting can find out what you're in store for AND you still have 6 days left to buy this specific box! No, one of these isn't what is being given away today, but she was super generous with her giveaway prize, so read the post, then find out what the prize is and make sure you enter! Hope you all enjoy!!
I'm kind of sad that my 25 Days of Polish Giveaway is almost over. Only two more days left. Anyone else already looking forward to next year?! I published yesterday's post before I found out some amazing news, so I get to share it with you all today! Feedspot listed me as #19 in the top 50 nail polish blogs of 2016!! I cried when I read it. There are some fantastic ladies on that list, and it is an absolute honor to be listed among them. So, thank you to all of you, old and new readers, for sticking along with me over the past...almost 5...years. I couldn't have done it without you! The lovely Connie from Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer sent me some beauties from a past release of small batch polishes to review AND giveaway to one lucky winner! I know a lot of my readers are big fans of purples and blues so you all are in for a treat!
Today is another big day on the blog! The lovely Missi from Different Dimension was beyond excited to be a part of my 25 Days of Polish Giveaway. She said she would giveaway a set of her Homespun Holidays Collection to one lucky winner. She even sent me a set to swatch and show off exactly what you would be winning! This collection is a set of seven polishes that are filled with holo and sparkle. They will bring out the festive spirit in anyone!
It's time for a new collection from SuperChic Lacquer!! The Slayeigh the Mountain Collection is a set of six "iced chrome fierce color depth shades that combine both intense linear holographic and sparkling shimmer reflect effects". I was ooooing and ahhhhing all over the place when I was swatching these. You all are in for a real treat...and yes, you even get to enter the giveaway to win the entire Slayeigh the Mountain Collection before it is available to purchase. Keep reading to see what you're in for!
Today's post is kind of a sad one. I'm showing off some polishes from three brands that are no longer with us. Each one has closed up shop within the past 2 months. I thought it would be fun to bundle all three into one day so one person will win polishes from three brands you can no longer buy from. One of those is even a custom created just for this giveaway. It's a pretty long post so let's get to it! No need to wait.
Starting in 2017, Bad Bitch Polish will be releasing a birthstone duo each month. I've got the January Birthstone Duo to show you all today. In case you weren't aware, the birthstone for January babies is the garnet. Garnets can range from the familiar deep reds to orange, yellow, green, purple, brown, blue, black, pink and colorless gems. She took inspiration from the basic, but beautiful, red garnet. Oh, and one of you will win a set of these before they are even available! Keep reading to find out more on the January Birthstone Duo and how to enter the giveaway.
I've got a couple pretties from My Indie Polish to show you all today. The only thing with these, is that they are polishes for a special group on Facebook for people who love crelly polishes. If you love crelly polishes, make sure you join the group Crazy 4 Crellies! They do customs, like the ones I'm showing you today, and people are always showing off crelly based beauties from other brands. It's definitely one you want to be a part of. My Indie Polish created the customs this month. I know my photo shows two different sized bottles, but they are only being sold in full sized bottles. I believe these pretties are available until the end of the month, so keep reading to check them out. You still have time to snag these!
I've got a new to me brand on the blog today. Today, was actually supposed to be Supermoon Lacquer. Sadly, the items she was sending for the giveaway are completely lost in the mail. I thought I was going to have issues filling another day that product didn't arrive for, and I reached out to Tonic Nail Polish. She happily jumped in, but when that item arrived and the Supermoon Lacquer stuff got lost, I knew these would be the perfect replacement. Thank you so much to Lindsey, the genius behind Tonic Nail Polish, for jumping in and making such amazing polishes. I told her to send whatever she wanted, and she even sent some stuff for me to swatch for you all. I squealed with delight when I was unwrapping them. These three aren't in the shop right now, and I honestly don't know if they will be restocked or not. This giveaway might be the last way to get these polishes...don't hold me to that. Might is the key word. Keep reading to see what polishes she sent for the giveaway and to check out these swatches!
I've got a super special polish to show you all today. Cameo Colours Lacquers knew I adored the micro holo flakies and she sent me an amazing topper. Such a wonderful surprise!! Well, when it came time for her to try to decide what to giveaway, I knew exactly what she should do. We came up with a name for it and she made another bottle for one of you! So, keep reading to see Snowflakes on My Eyelashes in action and to find out how to win a bottle of it for yourself, as well as a gorgeous polish from Lollipop Posse Lacquer
The Nouveau Geek Box is back! It was supposed to be available a lot sooner, but Jennifer was sick for a while and it got postponed. This time around there is only three polishes, but that's ok these ladies did a phenomenal job...and the box is a bit more affordable too! The theme is Diamond Cluster Hustlers Trio, inspired by three lovely comic book villains that we hate to love. Or is it love to hate? Whatever it is, these are a lot of fun and you will definitely find yourself falling for them. The makers this time around are Bohemian Polish, Lemming Lacquer, and BlackLace Cosmetics.
I'm a wife, mother, daughter and sister. I love my family and I have an obsession with movies and nail polish. I love glitter, but I don't discriminate against any polish. You can find something to do with every color! I'm working on teaching myself more about make up and hair care and love trying new products! If you wish to contact me to try and review products or if you just have questions please email me at nakedwithoutpolish@gmail.com.
