Daily Hues Nail Polish Carol and New Beginnings Swatch and Review

**Nothing to Disclose**

It's my kid's last day of school today. I'm not crying...I swear. I can't believe when she gets off the bus she will be a 3rd grader. Well, I'm keeping it short and sweet today because I'm an emotional wreck and wallowing in my misery until she gets home and I can squeeze her and force her not to grow up anymore.

Anyway, I'm showing you all 2 polishes I snagged when Daily Hues Nail Lacquer announced she was closing up shop. I've had these for sometime and just never got around to swatching them until recently. I'm sorry they are not available anymore, but you can still enjoy their beauty. And you never know when you'll find them on blog sales or destashes.

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Alexandra and The Peacemaker Swatch and Review

**Nothing to disclose**

Now that my giveaway is over, I wanted to show you all one of my final purchases from Daily Hues Nail Lacquer. Both of these were customs she did for her Facebook fan group. I saw them and knew I had to have them. This was even before she announced she was closing up her shop. We'll keep this short and simple today. It's been a busy month around here. I don't know about you all, but I'm beat!

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer, Model City Polish, and Philly Loves Lacquer Swatch Spam and Review and Day 21 of 25 Days of Polish Giveaway

**Press Samples and Purchases**

Today's post is kind of a sad one. I'm showing off some polishes from three brands that are no longer with us. Each one has closed up shop within the past 2 months. I thought it would be fun to bundle all three into one day so one person will win polishes from three brands you can no longer buy from. One of those is even a custom created just for this giveaway. It's a pretty long post so let's get to it! No need to wait.

Nouveau Geek Box Superheroes Theme Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**

I had this post typed up and ready to go yesterday, but I ended up being sick all day and couldn't even make it to my computer. But I'm better now, so let's get to it!

There are two Nouveau Geek Boxes this month. The main person who handles them moved states last month, and instead of skipping they pushed last month's into the beginning of the month and the one already scheduled for this month was pushed to the second half. Yes, in one month you're getting a Harry Potter box AND a superheroes box. Kind of awesome if you ask me! The brands involved in the superheroes themed Nouveau Geek Box this month are Bohemian Polish, Alter Ego, Daily Hues Nail Lacquer, and Firecracker Lacquer. These ladies took inspiration from the obvious and not so obvious to create the beauties in this box. I think you're really going to like it!

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Summer in Seattle Collection Part 1: Places to See Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer is inviting us into her world for her next collection. A Washington state based company, she used to live in Seattle, and decided to draw inspiration from the city. She ended up getting so much inspiration for her Summer in Seattle Collection that she split it into two parts. Part 1 is Places to See. It will be released tomorrow, and I have swatches and my review for you all today. Part 2 is Things to Do, and those will be released at a later date. For now, let's jump into Summer in Seattle Part 1: Places to See.

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Micro Glitter Collection Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**

Well, I've spent way too long spring cleaning all of my daughters areas (toys, books, clothes, room, closet, bathroom), then I used a lotion before reading the ingredients and it messed up my hands so I've been working on getting them back to where they need to be. They aren't 100% but I couldn't wait any longer. I got the spring cleaning done the other day so I was finally able to swatch the new Micro Glitter Collection from Daily Hues Nail Lacquer. Yeah, it was already released, but she was on vacation and her shop has been closed. Well, today she is opening back up. Of course I need to show it off!! Hold onto your inner magpie, because there are some sparkles headed your way.

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Blurple Garden Collection Part 1 Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**

I know I've been a little MIA over the last week, but my husband was out of town for work and my camera wasn't working and giving me a hard time. I couldn't figure out what in the world was wrong and had to wait for him to come home and fix it. It was a pain in my ass for sure. I did work on something big for next week while I was waiting though. Trust me...you won't be disappointed! It's BIG!

However, I've finally finished swatching Daily Hues Nail Lacquer's giant 14 piece Blurple Garden Collection. Man-oh-man...did that take forever. Each one was prettier than the last. I didn't want to take any of them off. Jenn went crazy and didn't hold back. Well, the only thing she held back was anything that wasn't blue or purple. Get ready! These are beautiful!

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer New Years Duo Swatch and Review

**Press Samples**

I'll start by apologizing for lack of giveaways in today's post. I had a lot of fun putting that together. Did you all enjoy the 25 Days of Polish Giveaway? I'm hoping to make it an annual thing. I don't do many giveaways during the year and it's a fun way for me to say thank you for reading and following me along in my journey as well as close out the year. I really am truly thankful for each one of you...new and old. <3

Now on to the good stuff! Today, at 12 pm PST, Daily Hues Nail Lacquer is releasing a very exclusive New Years Duo. There are only 20 pairs available. So, if you like what you see, be ready! Since my posts for the rest of the month were so long, we're going to keep this banter short and sweet.
