I had this post typed up and ready to go yesterday, but I ended up being sick all day and couldn't even make it to my computer. But I'm better now, so let's get to it!
There are two Nouveau Geek Boxes this month. The main person who handles them moved states last month, and instead of skipping they pushed last month's into the beginning of the month and the one already scheduled for this month was pushed to the second half. Yes, in one month you're getting a Harry Potter box AND a superheroes box. Kind of awesome if you ask me! The brands involved in the superheroes themed Nouveau Geek Box this month are Bohemian Polish, Alter Ego, Daily Hues Nail Lacquer, and Firecracker Lacquer. These ladies took inspiration from the obvious and not so obvious to create the beauties in this box. I think you're really going to like it!

After a month's hiatus, due to the main maker involved moving to a new state, the Nouveau Geek Box is back! This month's theme is Harry Potter! Much excite!! For those of you who don't know what the Nouveau Geek Box is...it is a box that has a different fandom theme each month, each with five indie brands. The brands vary each month, you'll see some repeats, but the brands aren't all the same every month. This month, the brands involved are Bohemian Polish, Ellison's Organics, Black Lace Cosmetics, Sassy Pants Polish, and Firecracker Lacquer. These ladies did a lovely job with this month's theme, and I can't wait to show them off...let's get to it!

My husband and I were in the process of moving our daughter's room and renovating it while she was away visiting grandma for a couple weeks. Then, it took a bit for me to get my polish room situated where it was usable. It's still a mess, but I am able to get some work done at least. I'm late to the party with this one, since tomorrow is the last day to purchase this, but you all are going to want to pay attention to this one.
This month's Nouveau Geek Box theme is 80's Video Games. I mean, this is one of the ultimate nostalgic themes I'm most excited about. I am a bit upset that no one created a polish inspired by my favorite old school video game, Galaga!! However, Bohemian Polish, Lollipop Posse Lacquer, Turtle Tootsie Polish, Black Label Nails, Sassy Pants Polish, and First Sunday Handmade all did a beautiful job bringing this theme to life in our favorite little bottles.

Next up for the Nouveau Geek Box is a Star Trek theme. I was looking forward to this one because I'm not too familiar with Star Trek myself. I grew up in a Star Wars house. I'm not opposed to it, I just haven't gotten around to watching the series. (I've seen one of the new movies, but I know that doesn't quite count.) Well, even though I am not familiar with Star Trek, I was looking forward to seeing what this month's makers had in store for us. Instead of 4 to 5 polishes an some extras, we get 5 full sized bottles and one mini bottle (but it is on the larger side of minis). The makers chosen for the Star Trek themed Nouveau Geek Box are Bohemian Polish, Turtle Tootsie Polish, Cinema Swatch Lacquer, Lollipop Posse Lacquer, and Black Lace Cosmetics. The box will be available later today, so let's dive in!

Today is a big day in the Geekdom, it's May the fourth, a day all Star Wars lovers celebrate (and a fun pre-game to Cinco de Mayo). Of course, it's the perfect day for the Star Wars inspired Nouveau Geek Box to be released. I am loving this box! The first two have been fantastic, and I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us. For now, let's focus on this one. This month, the featured makers are Supernatural Lacquer, Leesha's Lacquer, Alter Ego Body Care Products, Sassy Pants Polish, First Sunday Handmade, and Toadarrific Vinyls. Each of the makers did a phenomenal job drawing from their inspiration. So much fun is to be hand in this one little box. Let's dive in so you can see it all!

Anyone in the mood to see another great box? Stupid question right? These boxes are so much fun! One price, many different brands and so many goodies! This one is so much fun! It's the new Nouveau Geek Box. This month's theme is a Super Mario theme. The perfect way to start a "geek" box! Each polish inspired by something within the Super Mario Bros. world...new and old.
