**WARNING PICTURE HEAVY**

I love trying out new indies. When I was given the chance to put my name in the hat to review some polishes by Treasures by Tan, I got very excited. I browsed her ETSY shop and saw she had some fun looking polishes. She doesn't only have nail polish though, she has pillow covers, body spray, earrings, bracelets, calendars and more! I tend to prefer body sprays to perfumes, so I might have to try some of that at some point. When I do, you guys will definitely hear about it!

When Tanya, the lady behind Treasures by Tan, my mind started racing trying to predict which of her polishes would land in my mail box. Low and behold, the day came when they finally arrived. I couldn't find scissors so I ripped into the bag with my teeth. Yeah, completely unsanitary I know, but if anyone understood my excitement it should be you guys so don't judge! ;o) I found that she sent me two very fun top coats! And OMG does she have the cutest labels ever!

Treasures by Tan - As The Clouds Go By and Bubble Gum Blast.

Treasures by Tan - As The Clouds Roll By

As The Clouds Roll By is a clear base with iridescent holo micro glitter and different sizes and shapes of white and blue glitter.

This is three coats of As The Clouds Roll By with Cult Nails Get It On and Wicked Fast base and top coats.

The color of the blue glitter is so beautiful and vibrant! It's a gorgeous bright turquoise blue! The clear base was a little on the thick side, but when applying it doesn't seem as thick as it does when you take the brush out of the bottle. It ended up applying extremely smooth. The glitter disperses well on the nail, but if you don't wait long enough for each coat to dry it will drag the glitters to the tip of the nail. So, if you plan on applying multiple coats of this, leave a good amount of time between coats.

I love how this shot captured the holo glitter.

As The Clouds Roll By is really the perfect name for this. The blue sky, the white clouds and the glistening sun. This polish is like that first absolutely PERFECT day of spring right after winter ends.

Even though I loved it on a naked nail, I had to see how it translated over some undies.

Left to right: Julep - Rebel, Barielle - Mint Ice Cream Cone, Zoya - SweetZoya - Kieko and Cult Nails - Manipulative.

As seen above from pink to thumb.

This is two coats of As The Clouds Roll By over two coats of Julep - Rebel. Rebel is a silver holographic polish. I wanted to see if the holo would add to the beauty of As The Clouds Roll By. It did!! The holo in As The Clouds Roll By still popped off the holo in Rebel. This pairing was so much fun! This would be a great way to spice up a simple outfit of white tee and jeans.

This is two coats of As The Clouds Roll By over two coats of Barielle - Mint Ice Cream Cone. Mint Ice Cream Cone is a soft pastel mint creme. I really wanted this pairing to work, but Mint Ice Cream Cone was too pale. Just a slightly darker shade of green would probably be perfect though.

This is two coats of As The Clouds Roll By over two coats of Zoya - SweetSweet is that perfect bubble gum pink creme. I love pink and blue together so this pairing was a must! It turned out to be the most playful pairing. Would be fun to wear to a baby shower where the gender of the child wasn't yet known.

This is two coats of As The Clouds Roll By over two coats of Zoya - KiekoKieko is a beautiful medium red toned purple. I was looking forward to this pairing, but I think a more blue toned purple would be best paired with As The Clouds Roll By.

This is two coats of As The Clouds Roll By over two coats of Cult Nails - Manipulative. Manipulative is a dusty light blue filled with a silver shimmer. This pairing was positively perfect! The shimmer in Manipulative just helped As The Clouds Roll By shine. They complimented each other beautifully.

Treasures by Tan - Bubble Gum Blast

Bubble Gum Blast is a clear base with iridescent holo micro glitter and different sizes and shapes of pink and hot pink glitters.

This is three coats of Bubble Gum Blast with Cult Nails Get It On and Wicked Fast base and top coats.

When I first saw that this one was scented, I was skeptical. Once it was on though, it smelled so yummy!! I was sold! It was the smell that slaps you in the face when you first open a piece of Double Bubble gum.  Even after putting on the top coat, the scent came through crystal clear.

This was such a flirty pink glitter top coat! With or without the scent, this polish was a lot of fun. I really did end up enjoying the bubble gum scent though. It wasn't obnoxious like some scented polishes can be. I've never been impressed with a scented polish, but this one definitely changed my mind. Well, it opened my mind. There are those that I will still be wary of. This was definitely NOT one of those. I would be willing to try more of her scented polishes

The colors of these pinks pair so beautifully. It's a wonderful soft & hard pairing. It looks and seems so simple, but once it's on the nail it feels so different and unfamiliar. Bubble Gum Blast is a beauty. If you are a fan of pink glitter, don't pass it up!

The formula in the base was the same as the one in As The Clouds Roll By. Seems thick at first, but applies beautifully. Another similarity is that you need to allow plenty of time between coats if you are doing multiples. Not waiting will cause the glitter to be pulled to the tip of the nail.

I wanted to put it over different shades of pink to see if any of them would make it stand out a bit more.

Left to right: SinfulColors - Easy Going, Wet n Wild - Wild Shine - Tickled Pink, LynBDesigns - Pinkmalion, butter LONDON - Trout Pout and Rimmel London - Posh Pink.

As seen above from pinky to thumb.

This is two coats of Bubble Gum Blast over two coats of SinfulColors - Easy Going. Easy Going is a pale pastel pink creme. This combination reminded me of peppermints even though it smelled of bubble gum. It played dirty tricks on my mind, but I couldn't stop giggling about it. This was an adorable pairing! It would make a great couple accent nails among a darker pink or red even.

This is two coats of Bubble Gum Blast over two coats of Wet n Wild - Wild Shine - Tickled Pink. This is a baby pink creme. This pairing was beautiful, except the pale pink glitters blended in to the undies. It wasn't a good match

This is two coats of Bubble Gum Blast over two coats of LynBDesigns - Pinkmalion. Pinkmalion is another pink creme. This is more of a dusty blue toned pink. I wanted a pink that was a bit darker than the first two. This was a better pairing than the last one. I love the way the colors gently pop off Pinkmalion.

This is two coats of Bubble Gum Blast over two coats of butter LONDON - Trout Pout. Trout Pout is a peachy coral creme. This pairing ignited something and really excited me. There was something very mesmerizing with the way the pinks held their own against the coral.

This is two coats of Bubble Gum Blast over two coats of Rimmel London - Posh Pink. Posh Pink is a vibrant hot pink creme. The soft pink glitters pop off it beautifully, but the micro glitters get lost in the background. In the end, three out of five ain't bad!
