It's Tuesday, and so many of my friends posted that they were watching The Goonies this weekend. I knew it was a sign. So, here is the lovely Goonies inspired collection from Cinema Swatch Lacquers! I just had 2 posts from Cinema Swatch Lacquers, but this one couldn't wait any longer.
Copper Pot is described as a "rosy bronze metallic with copper and rose glitters ". Inspired by Chester Copperpot, the man who went missing while looking for the legendary treasure. Shown below is two coats for full opacity. It applied well, and didn't over do it on the glitter. $6

Willy's Treasure is described as "a golden sheer base with emerald, ruby, garnet, sapphire, golden holo macros, and gold "dot" doubloons". Inspired by legendary tale of One Eyed Willy's treasure, this one didn't do anything for me in the bottle. I saved it for last because I really thought it was going to be boring. Once on, I loved it! I totally see it as my New Years Eve mani! Shown below is two coats, but I kind of wish I did three. Love this! $6

Hey Mikey is described as "a neon blue crelly with blue to pink iridescent flakies". Inspired by a hilarious scene from the movie (watch below), this polish is stunning. The color is so vibrant and beautiful. Practically a one coater (I did two coats to be safe)! It was a little thick, so she's working on fixing the formula for the full release after her move. Definitely one you'll want. $6

Booby Traps is described as "a bright neon pink with blue flakies". Inspired by the goofy, lovable Data, this pink is sure to be a favorite. Applies like a dream, and opaque in three coats. Ok, let's say it together, "I'M SETTING BOOTY TWAPS!!!" $6

Mama, You Been Bad is described as "a neon purple creme". Inspired by the interaction between Sloth and Mama, this purple creme is vibrant. A couple flaws, but another she is working on before the full release after her move. $6

Fifty Dollar Bill is described as "neon green with gold shimmer". Another favorite polish of mine! I was so disappointed I couldn't find a video of the little scene that inspired this beauty! Beautiful formula and opaque in three coats. A must have! $6

Andy, You Goonie! is described as "a thermal polish that turns from a sun-kissed orange, when cold, to a pearly, golden, lemon yellow, when warm". Inspired by the below clip, this polish blew me away! It is three coats for full opacity, and had zero issues. In fact, I hated having to take this off. Did not want to! She did a phenomenal job with this beauty! $6

The Goonies Collection will be available for $35 for the whole set or for $6 per bottle separately. It won't be fully available until mid to late July, but there's a chance she might have a couple bottles up next week so stalk her shop starting Monday!!
These swatches were topped with Magpie Shine top coat ($7) and I used Sweet Nectar cuticle oil ($6) to hydrate my cuticles. Both from A Girl Obsessed.
