LOOK Nail Color LOOK Proud Nail Art

**Press Sample**
On Memorial Day, I showed you all swatches of LOOK Nail Color's LOOK Proud Collection. Today, I decided to do a little nail art with them to get me into the 4th of July spirit. Nothing fancy, but it's a big deal for me.
I started off with three coats of Broad Stripes Bright Stars (white). Then I added striping tape to my nails. I went horizontal on my pinky, middle, and pointer fingers and vertical on my ring finger. I had to change it up a bit. On the horizontal striped nails, I added two quick coats of Oh Say Can You Sea, and on the vertical nail, I added two quick coats of Rocket's Red Glare. After I ripped off the striping tape, I topped it off with a quick dry top coat.

This is definitely not my normal mani. The striping tape was a huge pain. However, I really like how this ended up looking. It's simple and I'm sure someone else has done something very similar, but I wasn't going for unique. I just needed to do something out of the box for me.

LOOK Nail Color polishes have a wonderful formula and are easy to work with. They are available at select Walgreens locations for $6.99 a bottle. I haven't seen them at my location yet, but I'm still looking. I need more!!

Have you seen them at your local Walgreens yet? What are you doing on your nails for the holiday weekend?

I have seen these at my Walgreens. I'm curious if they're going to release more colors though because I've only seen these three. I love how clean the lines look with striping tape, but it's such a pain to work with!

Cute mani! Striping tape is such a pain to use! I haven't seen these at my Walgreens yet, and probably won't, but still looking!

This is a cute mani! I'm convinced some of the best nail art looks are the most simple, so I think you did great! :D

You did a fantastic job with those stripes- how did you get them so straight and even?! I can't manage springing tape (or even vinyls) without getting everything cattywompus.

I've never heard of this brand and haven't seen it at any of my local stores, even the high volume store where I can usually find specialty releases. I really like the nail art, the opposing stripes are a great idea!

I think these came out really cute! I love stripes manis, but I totally hear ya when it comes to striping tape. It's always a nightmare for me.

This is so cute! And you're a braver woman than I using striping tape.

Great manicure for the 4th! I like how the white stripes are vertical in the red and horizontal in the blue. It really adds interest.
