LynBDesigns Totally Clueless Collection Swatch and Review
12:12 PM**Press Samples**
It's Friday, and I am stoked to show off the newest collection from LynBDesigns. I'm not even going to ramble on here because I have the ten piece Totally Clueless Collection to show off. There are many things to see (I couldn't help myself)!! Ready to be reminded how much you absolutely love Clueless?! There's some nail polish in there too...I think...
Here's a song for you to listen dance to while scrolling through the post.
When I got the large box from LynBDesigns, I squealed! I love goodies from her (and there were three other collections in there too)!
Then I opened the box and actually saw what this collection was.
Dead. Shut up.
Ugh, As If
Ugh, As If is described as "a golden yellow linear holo packed with gold flecks".
Shown is three coats of Ugh, As If.
Ugh, As If really surprised me. I've been loving golds lately, but I thought this may be too yellow for me. Nope, not the case. It's gorgeous. At least three coats is needed for opacity though.

Since it needed three coats for full opacity, I figured, why not try it as a topper. Even if it doesn't work, you'd be able to see exactly what is in this beauty. So here is one coat of Ugh, As If over Marbles for Polish Midnight Mistress.

Totally Bugging
Totally Bugging is described as "a pink crelly with pink, white, grey, and plummy pink glitters".
Shown is three coats of Totally Bugging.
It's shocking that this is the only pink polish from the collection, but Totally Bugging is so much fun! If you love glitter, and pink, this is the polish for you. It is full of glitter so use thin coats or it would be way too glitter concentrated.

I Totally Paused
I know this doesn't really belong here, but it could work, and I needed an excuse to use the gif!
I Totally Paused is described as "a golden holo glitter extravaganza with black strips and hexes, and white hexes and triangles".
Shown is one coat of I Totally Paused over Ugh, As If.
Looking at the bottle, I was afraid I would be completely overwhelmed with glitter when I went to apply. I Totally Paused applied with JUST the right amount of glitter though. I was impressed. This is going to be an extremely versatile topper.
$8
I Totally Paused and Ugh, As If were originally made to go together. I really wanted to show off it's versatility though. I also used it with Cameo Colours Lacquers Saturday because Jennalyn loves seeing her toppers over a nude.
I also put I Totally Paused over Bae.
This is an Alaia
This is an Alaia is described as "a red jelly base loaded with red glass flakes and deep taupe flakes".
Shown is three coats of This is an Alaia.
This is an Alaia is a stunner. I was worried at first that it was going to be too sheer. However, after the third coat all was right with the world and I was swooning over this polish the same way I always swooned over her coat in the above scene.
$8
Whatever!
Whatever! is described as "a grassy green crelly base with tiny rainbow glass fleck and linear holo".
Shown is three coats of Whatever!
Anyone else giggle at that above sentence? It's like what non-polish people say when we ask what's on their nails. You all know about my soft spot for greens. To me, Whatever! is absolutely everything. Such a gorgeous shade of green and a wonderful all around polish.

I Fully Intend to Brake for Animals
I Fully Intend to Brake for Animals is described as "a black jelly base loaded with purple glitter in all finishes and sizes".
Shown is three coats of I Fully Intend to Brake for Animals.
I did everything I could to find a meme/gif of the scene and I got everything around it. So frustrating, but that doesn't change how I feel about this polish. I Fully Intend to Brake for Animals is such a simple polish, but really comes to life on the nail. The bottle doesn't do it justice.
$8
Space Cadet
Space Cadet is described as "a blue glitter topper loaded with blue glitter in all finishes and sizes".
Shown is one coat over Cameo Colours Lacquers Saturday.
Space Cadet is so much fun! I got so excited when I realized it was a topper and not a blue tinted jelly. One coat gets you more than enough glitter. No need to do more unless you want to try to make it full coverage.
$8
The second I realized it was a topper, I knew exactly what I wanted to put it over...a neon pink. So I also tossed Space Cadet over Adorbs and I LOVE it!!
Yeah, these are how I felt when I finished this pairing.
Old People Can Be So Cute
Old People Can Be So Cute is described as "a grey crelly base loaded with glitter in pink, purple, yellow, and fuchsia as well as a pink shimmer".
Shown is three coats of Old People Can Be So Cute.
Old People Can Be So Cute was one of my favorites from the moment I got it out of the bubble wrap. Lovely application and a polish you're sure to swoon over.

Ren and Stimpy, They're Way Existential
Ren and Stimpy, They're Way Existential is described as "a bright blue crelly base with white stars, tiny red and yellow glitter, and blue flecks".
Shown is three coats of Ren and Stimpy, They're Way Existential.
Those of you that know me, know that I was probably turned off from Ren and Stimpy, They're Way Existential when I saw the stars in the bottle. And I was, but deep down, I trust Jennalyn. Once again, she made a beautiful polish that proved me wrong. The stars aren't huge and overwhelming, I didn't have to fish for the stars, the formula was amazing...I can't complain.

Full on Monet
Full on Monet is described as "a glitter topper loaded with all the colors featured in Monet's Water Lillies, and like the line in the movie...it's a mess when you get really close to it".
Shown is one coat of Full on Monet over Cameo Colours Lacquers Saturday.
Not only do I love the movie Clueless, but I've loved Monet and his paintings since I was 5. Full on Monet is a complete winner in my book. A beautiful combination of colors and glitters, it's not overwhelming, it's sure to put a smile on your face.
$8
Of course, I can't just put a topper over a nude...we need to show versatility...I knew that Teal-tini from Top Shelf Lacquer was the perfect pairing for Full on Monet.
I used B-Sticky base coat and B-Shiny top coat on all my swatches. There you have it! LynBDesigns Totally Clueless Collection is fantastic! Jennalyn did not disappoint (I mean has she ever?!). These lovelies will be released September 1st at 7 pm EST and will be either $8 or $10.
However, the entire shop will be discounted to 50% off, no code needed, so you can snag this whole collection at half the price for only $42! Not too shabby if I do say so myself. She is also discontinuing a good amount of polish so check out this section for the ones that are on their way out the door. There are some good ones you don't want to miss out on.
I'm really happy with this post. A little giddy actually. I haven't stopped smiling.
Deep down, I'm a little sad it's over.
Some people are picky about their shoes, but I think most of us feel this way about our polish.
How I feel at the end of swatching every LynBDesigns collection.
<3 Love you all, and I can't wait to chat with you again.
