NOTD Blushing Kinky Mermaid

Hello, everyone!! I'm back! I took a week off to fully enjoy the munchkin after she got back from hanging out with her grandmother for 3 weeks. We kept super busy and had a blast, but I missed you all! I snuck into my polish room late at night and did as much swatching as I could before I got tired. At the end of the week I knew I had to do a full mani or I'd drive myself crazy with naked nails. I grabbed a few polishes that I got in a destash and one that a friend sent my way. I LOVE how these three beauties work together. I knew I had to start the week with it.

Treasures by Tan Kinky, Ever After Polish Mermalicious, and KBShimmer Blush Money
Kinky (left) is described as "grade 35 spectraflair in a fuchsia-ish jelly base".
Mermalicious (middle) is a blue-ish/purple-ish jelly filled with turquoise, pink, and purple iridescent flakies swimming in a pink and purple shimmer.
Blush Money is a carnation pink cream with gold micro flecks and linear holo.

I thought Kinky was going to take four coats after I applied the first coat. It was super sheer. However, that second coat went on and I couldn't believe how opaque it was. It was like a crazy dream.

Mermalicious was the same way. The first coat was sheer. I just knew it was going to take several coats to get it opaque. I was wrong, AGAIN! Two coats was opaque and perfection. 

Blush Money is a perfect cream and would have taken one coat had it not been for the Nail Rescue I have on those two nails. In fact, that is why I put the cream there. I wasn't sure how opaque the other two polishes would be and I had to ensure full coverage.
Unfortunately, Kinky is the only polish that is currently available. You can grab her at Treasures by Tan's Shop for $9.50. I've swatched polishes from Treasures by Tan before and I highly recommend her. Beautiful polishes!

 I have no clue when Blush Money was out. I saw a friend was destashing and I saw pink and KBShimmer and I was sold. It's not crazy holo, which I'm ok with, but the color was perfect and the bit of gold specked across it is the perfect addition. You can't go wrong with KBShimmer.
