Happy Monday, everyone! I can't believe it's August already! Where has this year gone?! My daughter will be 4 next month. I want to cry! Ok, ok, I won't cry! It just gets harder every year around her bday. Anyway, I have some nail decals from Born Pretty Store to show you all today.

It's Tuesday!!! UGH This week is just DRAGGING by! I was sure it was Thursday when I woke up. Anyway! I've got some fun nail art to show you all. This time it's with some studs (in different shapes and sizes) from Born Pretty Store! Nail art is a little out of my comfort zone, but these studs put it way out of my comfort zone. However, I was really happy with these and am already looking forward to using them again.

I missed you all last week!! My nails are just being so finicky lately though. I had to give them a rest. They still aren't completely better, but being away for a week drove me nuts! Didn't like that! I'm back today!!!

NOTD - Friend's Nails - Rosary Art

Yesterday, a friend showed me this picture (below) and asked if I thought it was a stamp or art. She really wanted to be able to try it on herself. I'm not great at nail art, nor do I pretend to be. I am trying to improve though. I really wasn't fully sure if it was a stamp or not, but I told her to come over the following day and we'd give it a try. Plus, I hadn't talked to her in a while so it would be nice to have coffee and chat anyways.

I've got another fun item from Born Pretty Store for you all today. Since these were supposed to be for Valentine's Day manicures, I did pick items that were definitely feminine. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this item, but I took this opportunity to branch out and try something new. I ended up loving what I did with them. Let's get to it!

Today, I've got some more goodies to show you from the Born Pretty Store! I received these a couple days before Valentine's Day and was supposed to do a Valentine's Day review, but with my incident I wasn't able to. I've been reviewing items in the order they were sent since then. I hate that it's taken this long. I decided to still do something Valentine's Day related. That I might wear if I had a Valentine's Day date (my hubby doesn't celebrate it so we don't do anything for it). I received two products so I am only showing off one today and you'll see the other one next week!

When I was swatching the Zoya Lovely Collection something drew me into Julie. It's a beautiful polish, but there's nothing about it that screams that it is crazy original, but it still drew me in! Around the same time I got it, I received dried flowers and glitter sheets from Born Pretty Store to review. I knew exactly what had to be done...

NOTD - Cookie Monster 3D Nails

Today I have something completely out of my comfort zone for you all! I'm really excited about this one too! I've been wanting to do a Cookie Monster manicure for sometime, but nail art makes me nervous. I don't have the steadiest of hands. Then there's the issue of doing my not-so-dominant hand and making sure they match. I decided yesterday that I would do my Cookie Monster manicure for my Election Day manicure. Yes, it's a non-traditional and a very unconventional Election Day manicure, but I'm showing my support for PBS (and I did a more basic Americana manicure for when I attended early voting). A big part of my childhood and I'd love for it to be a big part of my daughter's childhood. I'm not going to get political on you though. That's all I will say.
