I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I have a lot to show you this week. Some exciting new things! On this dreary Monday I have the wonderful pleasure of introducing you all to a brand new indie. Top Shelf Lacquer is the colorful baby of Amy, a lacquer lover based in Cincinnati, OH. It is a 5-Free (no Formaldehyde, no Toluene, no camphor, no DBP, and no Formaldehyde Resin) indie. Top Shelf Lacquer will be opening shop Friday May 15, 2015 at 12 pm EST. She will be releasing three collections when the shop opens: Ladies Night Out Martini Menu Collection, Adult Soda Shoppe Collection, and On the Rocks Collection. Oh, did I forget to mention all of her polishes will be named after drinks. Hence the name. Isn't it fun?!

I've got the last of the Island Girl beauties, that my girl friend gave to me, on the blog today. It's so sad. I don't have any new Island Girl polishes to try out. However, I adore the few that I have and can't wait to do more with them! Since this is a trio, none of them have names. I hate when that happens. There won't be any text until after the pictures, so just some eye candy for you all today pretty much! :)

Day three of Cameo Colours Lacquers Week is bringing you all two new holographic glitter toppers. I'm a huge fan of Cameo's holographic glitter toppers, so when she decided to release two new ones I flipped!! Not literally, but I squealed and wished that I could do a flip.

Happy Wednesday, everyone!! Today, I'm going to show you my weekend mani. I have been nursing some chipped nails and have had ORLY Nail Rescue on a couple nails so it was nice to finally be able to do a full manicure and not just swatching. I had badly stubbed a toe and was going to the salon to get a pedicure, so I knew I had to do something fun since there was no way I was going to let them touch my nails! haha Took me a while to figure out what I wanted, but I just grabbed a few things and it turned out super cute! Check out the pics!!

With the release of the Days of the Week Undies Collection, I thought it was the perfect time to show off some of Cameo Colours Lacquers wonderful glitter toppers. Ok, ladies and gents, we are going to end this week with a bang! I am so freaking excited to show this trio to you today. It's the Thrice Mice Collection from A Girl Obsessed. This is a beautiful trio of glitter toppers that have Mickey Mouse shaped glitter. I know a couple other indies have used them before, but this was the first time I have tried a polish with them. Pull your socks up, and hold on tight because these are beautiful and bound to knock those socks right off.

A friend knew I had been wanting the her June color and snagged it for me when she placed an order for herself. I flipped!! I love bright colors, but I can't deny the fact that I love a good grey polish...let alone one with neon glitter!!

I'm beyond ecstatic to show you the newest collection from LynBDesigns. The Neon Ballroom collection. Eight beautiful jellies. (EEEEEEEEEEE my fav!!) I was out of town for the holidays and wasn't paying attention to anything that had to do with technology. I totally forgot about my Julep Maven box that month. Had I been paying attention to my emails, I probably would have skipped this box. It's not a bad box, but they were all colors I already had in my collection.

Can you believe it's Thanksgiving Eve?!?! I'm so excited! I love the holidays! I'm going to try to keep the rambling to a minimum so you can spend your day preparing for tomorrow instead of reading. There are a lot of pictures though! :o)
Today I have a lovely matte glitter polish from A Rhyming Dictionary.
So many people have been doing neon manis. It's been rainy and gloomy in these parts lately, so I figured I would grab the few I had and do one as well. The only neon polishes I have are matte, and I just got my first matte top coats. So I was also excited to finally be able to use the polishes as they were meant to be used... matte... not glossy! My nails look like highlighters right now. I feel like I'm back in high school Yes, I used to paint my nails with highlighters when I got bored in class sometimes... who didn't?!
Below are the colors I used. I did 2 coats of each, except for the yellow (Kiddie Flick) I did 3 coats of that to make sure it was nice and opaque. They all went on very streaky, but dried beautifully and quickly! I also did 1 coat of Essie's Matte About You, which I am now extremely fond of. Now, I can't wait to try it on a non-matte polish and see how it works.
