365 Days of Color Maybe Baby

The WONDERFUL Sunny over at 365 Days of Color has recently started doing monthly limited edition polishes. I think it is such a fun idea! I have already snagged both of the LEs she's put out so far. Today, I'm going to show you all May's LE polish called Maybe Baby. As soon as I first saw this top coat, I knew I just HAD to have it. I've been loving the large round glitter trend, but I haven't snagged anything with them yet. This was my first. All I can say is that I'M KICKING MYSELF FOR NOT GETTING A FULL SIZED BOTTLE!

365 Days of Color - Maybe Baby

Maybe Baby is a clear base Filled with holo hearts, hexes, squares and dots of different colors and sizes.

This is three coats of Maybe Baby with OPI Natural Nail Base Coat and Glisten & Glow HK Girl top coat.

Three coats is definitely a little overwhelming. Because there are so many larger glitters they end up overlapping. 1-2 coats was perfection and actually looked stunning over a naked nail.

Three coats didn't end up being very thick at all. With how chunky it is, you kinda assume it might be thick. It even applied well and I didn't have to fish for glitter.

This was such a fun top coat I had to pick some great undies to toss under it.

This is one coat of Maybe Babe over two coats of Essie - DJ Play That Song. DJ Play That Song is a vibrant neon violet creme. I had to pair it with a purple because of all the fun colors and holo in Maybe Baby. Unfortunately I only ended up grabbing silver glitters on this, but it still ended up pairing beautifully.

This is one coat of Maybe Baby over two coats of Zoya - Rocky. Rocky is a dusty blue creme. I knew this would be the perfect pairing for Maybe Baby because it wouldn't take away from the glitter in it. It was the perfect canvas for it. It paired beautifully, but it didn't WOW me.

This is one coat of Maybe Babe over two coats of Julep - Mackenzie. Mackenzie is a neon lime green creme with a hint of shimmer. I knew that these two were perfect for each other. I fell in love with this pairing!

This is one coat of Maybe Baby over two coats of SinfulColors - SinfulShine - Tan Lines. Tan Lines is a rose tinted high gloss nude. I like the idea of Maybe Baby over a nude, but I'm thinking I should have done it over Cult Nails - Cruisin' Nude instead. Tan Lines ended up looking a little bland.

This is one coat of Maybe Baby over two coats of Cult Nails - Bad Devious Nature. Bad D.N. is a lovely pink jelly with a hint of shimmer. This was a wonderful pairing and the two polishes really played off each other.

Since I previewed Maybe Baby with my favorite pairing, it's no secret which I chose.

Julep - Mackenzie and 365 Days of Color - Maybe Baby

This is one coat of Maybe Baby over two coats of Mackenzie.

I really love this mani!! It's bright and cheerful and wasn't at all overwhelming.

My favorite scents are: Zombie Punch, Lemon Verbena, Hawaiian Rain, Spellbinding (smells like Victoria Secret's Love Spell) and Coconut Paradise.
