I was doing some grocery shopping at Wegmans with my munchkin the other day and the JulieG Gumdrops display caught my eye. It was practically empty, but it caught my eye nonetheless. I had been to my Rite Aid and they didn't have it. I figured if they didn't have it they weren't going to be getting it. So, I snagged what I could from the display at Wegmans. It ended up only being one for me and one for a friend, but I was pleased enough with that because I didn't think I would be able to find them at all. 



JulieG - Gumdrops - Rock Candy

Rock Candy is a beautiful teal blue shade. It's filled with silver and teal macro glitter and medium sized silver hexes. 

There wasn't a huge difference between 2 and 3 coats. But 3 coats added a little more depth and complete coverage. 


This is three coats of Rock Candy over a base coat and no top coat.


The texture on this was wonderful! Just a slight difference between the texture on these and the texture of the PixieDust polishes. I couldn't say that I preferred one over the other.

I was so glad that Rock Candy was available, because this color isn't available in any of the PixieDust polishes and I really wasn't wanting multiple shades of the textured polishes right now. 







I am really loving the textured polishes and the JulieG polishes didn't disappoint. This mani has been on my nails for 5 days and I've only had minimal tip wear. No chipping or peeling. Application was perfection and cleanup wasn't even needed. They are extremely reasonably priced at $3.99 and should be available at most Rite Aid stores and online at Jesse's Girl Cosmetics. If you can also randomly find it like I did, you're even in more luck!
