Guest Post #2 - Stephanie

11:16 AM

I have another guest post for you today. This time, Stephanie, one of my readers contacted me and asked if I would let her do a guest post. She's just a reader, and she wanted to know what it was like to do a blog post. I gladly accepted. She's an absolute doll, and if she wants to add a guest post here and there, I would love it! I love seeing what you guys think of polishes and seeing your manicures! You may not be a blogger, but your voice should be heard too!

A reason to polish my nails: Pretty & Polished - Private School!

I'm new to the land of nail polish, and even newer to the world of indie polishes.  I think I'm in love.  I purchased 2 mini polishes from Pretty & Polished the last time the store was open, and in less than a week I have my pretties in hand (and on my nails!).

I took a few pictures of Private School after I did my nails today.  My technique is less than wonderful, but I don't think anyone will notice with the sparkly red gorgeousness I have going on.

I did three thin coats, no top coat.  There were no issues with glitter placement, I gave the bottle a good shake before I started.  I've read about fishing for glitter and placing things, and I was scared.  That was not an problem here!

On my ring finger, I did 2 thin coats of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in black platinum, and one coat of Private School on top.  Amazing!

I will absolutely be shopping in Pretty & Polished's etsy store HERE. You should too, and go show her some love on Facebook HERE.  Updates, store openings, and previews, as well as all her happy customers can be found there.

Thanks for listening to me babble.  :)  This is my first attempt at a blog post and a polish review.  I hope to be back soon with some more sparkly love to share!
