I hope you all had a wonderful and safe holiday!! My family and I had so much fun last night. We definitely made up for the hubby having to work the first part of the day. Sometimes it sucks that he doesn't get holidays off, but we make up for it in the end.

Today, I have a new (to me) indie to show you all. The lovely Laura, from Ellagee, sent me her Science Fiction Double Feature collection...and it's a beauty! The polish I have for you today is the first one that really jumped out at me when I unwrapped the bottles...Trust Me, I'm the Doctor.

Like I said before, I'm trying to cut down the size of my posts so I will be showing you guys one polish at a time.

Ellagee - Trust Me, I'm the Doctor (sorry, it wouldn't let me get a good macro shot :o/  ) is a beautiful slate grey duochrome with flashes of purple and filled with multicolored micro glitter.

This is three coats of Trust Me, I'm the Doctor topped with Glisten & Glow HK Girl top coat. Three coats weren't absolutely necessary, but it wasn't a thick polish and I wanted to get that last layer to add a little depth. A top coat is definitely needed as this polish dries a little gritty. No problems though as most of us tend to always use a top coat.

If I thought this polish was impressive in the bottle, then my socks were knocked off when I got it on my nails. It had an absolutely PERFECT application! Smooth, no pulling, minimal clean up and wonderful dry time. I have zero complaints (except that my bottle is too small! lol).

I LOVE the fact that when the glitter hits the like it looks like they are holo, BUT THEY AREN'T!!! The glitter is multi colored to give off the holo look. It's beautiful! Especially if you catch it when you get both the grey and purple colors in vision.

As my first impression of Ellagee polishes, I'm now hooked!! Trust Me, I'm the Doctor is a must have in every stash if you ask me. The Science Fiction Double Feature collection isn't yet available, but I do have the other 5 polishes to show off still. I will keep you posted on the release date of these polishes!

Not sure on the exact price of this specific polish, but, as of right now, the range in prices is from $4.50-$5.25 for minis and $8-$9.50 for full sized polishes. All very reasonable prices for indie beauties! If I were you, I'd definitely make way over to her shop and check out her beauties for yourself! But trust me, these other 5 are something to look forward to!
