Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie 2.0

**The product was purchased by me with my own money. All opinions are my own.**

June 28, 2013. A day that will go down in history. The new collab polish from Rescue Beauty Lounge and Scrangie, Scrangie 2.0, sold out during the pre-order in just 10.5 hours. I was beyond excited that I was able to snag one of them. I was able to hit the "Confirm Order" button at 12:04 and got both polishes I went in wanting from the Blogger 2.0 collection (you'll see the other one later on and there's still one more I need to get when it's released to the public).

When my package arrived 2 days ago, I ripped into it like it was Christmas morning and I was 5 years old.

Anyone else release a sigh every time you see this box? Even if you know that it's coming to you?

*squeal of delight*

Scrangie 2.0 is described as "a black oil slick with a multifaceted ring visible in low light" by Ji and "a black base intermixed with gold/olive/green/teal multichrome shimmer" by Scrangie. I can't add anything to that. It's their masterpiece and I'm going to leave it at that!

This is two coats of Scrangie 2.0, but it was pretty opaque after one coat. The second coat was more for my own sanity. Application was crazy smooth (I never expect anything less than perfection from Ji. This was no exception.) and only required minor clean up. I did have a couple spots where the polish got on my skin. I was having a wine and nails night at a friend's house and my brush just wasn't cutting it. By the time I got home, I was too tired to do anymore cleaning.

Look at all the gorgeous colors in this. Some blues, golds and oranges just pop amongst the black/olive base.

Scrangie 2.0 in "sunlight" It's raining today so no sun. But this is with a little rain and clouds. You can still see all the colors. I don't have a macro lens for my phone so this was the best it was going to get, but it is beautiful!

Unfortunately, Scrangie 2.0 is sold out and gone. The rest of the Blogger 2.0 collection will be released to the public some point in the near future. To see swatches of the other polishes in Rescue Beauty Lounge's Blogger 2.0 collection head on over to see Scrangie's swatches of them! Make a list of what you want, because I'm not sure how long some of the others will last once they are released to the public. The bottles are $20 a piece and well worth it! I don't have many Rescue Beauty polishes in my stash, but what I do have I'm absolutely smitten with! Trust me! You need to be smitten too!

This looks just like the dark silver from Barry M.

The magnetic one? Not really. There's no silver in this one at all.
