A favorite brand of mine is no more. Cult Nails has closed up shop. They made the best black and white creams ever. (I'm now on the hunt to find ones that with match Nevermore and Tempest. If anyone has suggestions...) Well, when Cult Nails first announced they were closing shop and held a sale I made a bee line for Nevermore and stocked up. I also snagged two other colors. I'm going to show those two lovelies to you today.

I'm participating in a Secret Cupid swap in one of my groups. I made a purchase from one of my favorite indies for her and I had to grab one, I have had on my wish list for a while, for myself. I couldn't wait to show you all how stunning this polish is!!

I hope those of you that celebrated had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!! My husband actually had a 4 day weekend so we had some wonderful family time just the 3 of us. On Thanksgiving Day we decided to go see the new Disney flick, Frozen, before finding a place to have dinner. I decided to do a quick manicure to go with the movie instead of the holiday itself. 

Happy Monday, lovelies!! I hope you all had as good of a weekend as I did! My hubby took me up to Syracuse, NY to see a friend of ours play Joanne in a production of RENT (one of my favorite musicals)! Of course, I had to do my nails for the occasion!

It's Wednesday, so happy hump day everyone!! I've got another beauty from Ellagee to show you all today! In the other two reviews I did, I said that they were from the Science Fiction Double Feature collection, but it has since been renamed to the Sci-Fi Geeks collection. So, I've got the third polish from the Sci-Fi Geeks collection to show you all today. This one is Star Wars inspired!



Application of Not The Droids You're Looking For was decent. The dots kept sinking. She did include a stir stick to help mix things back up, but it didn't really help much. However, I REALLY ended up loving this. The clear base wasn't too thick so the three coats didn't bother me. At first, I wished I got more of the dots on my nails, but after I looked at it for a minute, I really enjoyed the random placement of the few I did get. Despite the sinking glitters, this ended up being enjoyable. No other complaints other than that.

The Sci-Fi Geeks collection is finally available at Ellagee's shop!! You can purchase Not The Droids You're Looking For (as well as Beam Me Up and Trust Me, I'm the Doctor) for $9 for a full sized bottle and $4.50 for mini bottles.

IT'S WEDNESDAY!!!! Happy hump day everyone!! I absolutely LOVE the polish I'm going to show you today. It's another beauty from Ellagee's Science Fiction Double Feature collection. Beam Me Up was inspired by Star Trek (obviously) and is a beautiful top coat that will jazz up any mani!

Happy 4th of July everyone!! I've got my celebratory mani to show you all today! It's simple. My free-handed approach to nail art really sucks, but I love this mani anyway. One thing that sucks is my wait time. I waited 30 minutes before adding top coat and it still streaked. If any of you have tips, PLEASE HELP ME!! Anyway, back to the mani, check out pics below!

It's WEDNESDAY!!! Halfway through the week! I got some exciting news last night, I won't be able to share it with you all until next week though. It's not polish related, but I'm over the moon about it. Anyway, onto what you came here for!

Earlier this month, I showed you all some new polishes from Bongo. Sweet Cheeks looked a little too familiar to me. Sweet Cheeks looks like everyone's favorite color shifting top coat, Charlatan. Yup, looks like Cult Nails has a copy cat!!
