Lac Attack Crazy Girl
10:29 AM
I decided to save my favorite Lac Attack, of the two I was sent, for last. This one was like a circus on my nails! It was so much fun!
Crazy Girl is a clear base filled with large white hexes and pink, green, teal, orange, yellow, red and white medium sized hexes. So much fun!
Left to right: 1 coat, 2 coats, three coats
This is three coats of Crazy Girl.
Crazy Girl was just as easy to work with as Rydell Forever was. No issues whatsoever.
Left to right: Cult Nails - Nevermore, Essence - Color & Go - Lime Up!, Essie - Lights, OPI - Your Villa or Mine (black label) and Revlon - Scented Enamel - Gum Drop.
As seen above from pinky to thumb.
This is one coat of Crazy Girl over one coat of Cult Nails - Nevermore. This combination was practically perfection. It was like polka-dots on a black surface. I think this would make a fun kitchen countertop. So playful! What do you think?
This is one coat of Crazy Girl over two coats of Essence - Color & Go - Lime Up!. Lime up is a simple lime green creme. This was a great combination! It let every piece of glitter have it's time in the spotlight yet it still held it's own and didn't over power it.
This one coat of Crazy Girl over two coats of Essie - Lights. Lights is a hot pink creme in it's truest form. I knew hot pink would be a go to color for this, but I wasn't excited about it in the end. Even though the pink glitter is a completely different shade, you can barely see it. The orange and red don't stand out much either. Not what I was expecting. Not awful, but Crazy Girl isn't highlighted like it should be, it's a no go for this one for me.
This is one coat of Crazy Girl over two coats of OPI - Your Villa or Mine (black label). This OPI is one of my favorites. I thought the gold shimmer in Your Villa or Mine would be a fun backdrop for Crazy Girl, but it just looks bland and boring to me. Definitely a no go.
This is one coat of Crazy Girl over two coats of Revlon - Scented Enamel - Gum Drop. Gum Drop is a soft lilac color. This was my first time using it and it was my very first polish to give me terrible bubbles. I was disappointed with that, but I loved the way Crazy Girl looked over this. Reminded me of a cupcake with sprinkles.
As you can see, Crazy Girl is definitely fun to play with on different colors. You can transform just about anything into a lighthearted party on your nails with just a couple brush strokes. Crazy Girl is currently available on Lac Attack's shop for $8. Check it out! Also keep up with news, swatches and sales over at their Facebook page. They are getting ready to release a new collection!! Can't wait to see what it is!
