NOTD - Orange You Glad It's Spring?

7:03 PM

I finally had time to do a new mani today! I'm working on my time management in doing all my everyday things with Maggie, couponing, blogging and actually be able to do my manis. In a perfect world I'd change it everyday (not to match my outfits, just to do it), but let's face it... this world is far from perfect! :o) I'm settling for every other day at the moment. I wanted something fun and vibrant today. I wanted something pink so badly, but then I reached for orange! I love it so much! It's so simple (it got messy towards the end because Maggie woke up and wanted food), but pretty. I think that's the theme of most of my manis. So, here we go!!

Finger Paints - Micheltangelo, Zoya - GabrielleJulep - Sofia and KleanColor - Peaceful Heart

I used 2 coats of Micheltangelo. It is my first Finger Paints polish and I was very pleased! I got full coverage after the 2 coats and I almost didn't want do to the glitter cause it was so pretty. But then, it's glitter, I always need glitter in my life! :o) I left some space near my cuticle and I put a thin layer of Gabrielle on. Then I left a little space of that and I put a thin layer of Sofia. Then I did one small layer of Peaceful Heart over Sofia. I knew it was a tinted green clear base so going over Sofia wouldn't have been a problem. I love, that it just so happened I got 1 heart glitter on each pinky (that was totally by accident). Once it was on there I did place them similarly on each hand. I topped it with a thick coat of Seche Vite. I immediately had to dive into "mommy" duties after finishing and it hasn't chipped or messed up yet!

As always, I end it with my right hand!

Happy Polishing!!

Becky :o)
